1. Eligibility

• Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery.

2. Process

1. Email info@srayurveda.com with order number and reason.

2. Ship the product to our Lucknow warehouse.

3. Refund processed within 7 days of receipt.

3. Conditions

• Products must be unopened and undamaged.

• Refunds exclude shipping charges.

4. Exchanges

• Exchanges for damaged/defective items only.
