  • Users must be 18+ to purchase products.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Products

  • All products (e.g., Zeemore-M) are 100% Ayurvedic and manufactured in compliance with AYUSH guidelines.

  • Products are for wellness purposes only and not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.

4. Payments

  • We accept prepaid (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking) and Cash-on-Delivery (COD) payments.

  • COD orders require full payment at delivery.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Prepaid Orders: Dispatched within 2-3 business days.

  • COD Orders: Dispatched within 4-9 business days.

  • Delivery timelines vary by location.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • 15-Day No-Questions-Asked Return Policy: Initiate returns within 15 days of delivery.

  • Refunds: Processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content (logos, text, images) is owned by SR Group. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Liability

  • SR Group is not liable for misuse of products or delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters).

9. Governing Law
